Low cost entertainment
Library members can borrow:
- DVDs for £1.20 a week from Chipping Barnet and Finchley Church End Libraries.
- CDs for free
You can also access Medici TV live concerts, operas and ballets from across the world and stream music from Freegal with your library card.
eBooks, eAudiobooks, newspapers and magazines
You can borrow free:
Free computer use
You can use a computer for 3 hours every day. You will need your library card and PIN.
Study spaces at our Core Plus libraries
Our Core Plus libraries have study spaces for all ages.
There are 4 Core Plus libraries:
You can use study spaces to read, study or work. There is access to our free Wi-Fi in these Core Plus libraries.
Study space is available on a first come, first served basis. You do not need to book and there is no time limit per session.
