Pest inspection fee
If you're not sure what pest you have, we can carry out an initial inspection to:
- identify the pest
- find out where it's coming from
- determine what treatment you need
A pest inspection costs £36.86.
If you book a pest treatment after an initial pest inspection, we'll deduct the £36.86 inspection fee from the total cost of your treatment.
Pest treatment fee
All prices include VAT and are correct as of 1 January 2025. We'll ask for payment when you book.

Discount for landlords and agents with licensed houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) in Barnet on all pest treatments from Re and annual monitoring and treatment contract. All discounts apply for the duration of the HMO licence period. Landlords with licensed HMOs in Barnet and additional properties outside the borough should also enquire to see if these fall into the discount catchment area. |

What we do and how to prepare for a visit
When we carry out a first inspection of your property, we will:
- identify the pest
- check where the pest is coming from (from outside your home)
- advise you on the best treatment and how to proof your home against future infestations
- give you a brief written summary of the treatment and what you need to do
To help us with the inspection, please try to:
- take photos or collect samples of the pest
- leave any droppings where they are, or put them in a bag to show us if you can't
- leave any suspected pest damaged property as you found it
