Renew your library items
If you have a library item on loan and you want to keep it for longer, you can renew that item, providing nobody else has requested it.
You can renew online, by phone or in a library.
Renew online
You will need your library card number and PIN to renew items.
If you have forgotten your PIN you can reset it using our easy guide
Renew by phone
If you can’t renew online, you can call your local library Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Renew at a library
Or visit a library in our opening times to renew items with your library card. If you take the items with you, please return them in the self-service machines before you borrow them again. This means you can renew them a further four times
