The London Youth Games (LYG) Foundation aims to inspire and enable every young Londoner to find their best through sport with opportunities to compete, volunteer and support.
The games have a history of producing the country’s highest profile athletes such as Mark Hunter, Christine Ohuorugu and Sir Bradley Wiggins.

London Youth Games 2025–26: Cross Country Kicks Off the Season!
We’re excited to launch the 2025–26 London Youth Games calendar!
Event Date: Saturday 8th November 2025
Location: Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath, NW5 1QR
Age Group: Young people aged 9–16

London Youth Games Para Events
The London Youth Games Para-Games is an inclusive sports event designed to provide young athletes with disabilities the opportunity to compete and showcase their talents. The ParaGames feature a variety of sports, including athletics, football, and swimming, tailored to accommodate different abilities and skill levels. This event not only promotes physical activity and competition but also fosters a sense of community and empowerment among participants, encouraging them to pursue their athletic dreams and represent their London boroughs with pride.
