A read and craft session with local author, Talya Bruck. Talya will be reading one of her books, Hugo’s Hops, a story about a young hippo with a physical disability. This is a story about difference, inclusion, courage, friendship, communication and feelings. Suitable for children 5+.

At the end of a Comic Art Masterclass, every child goes home with a comic containing a strip by everyone in the class, plus an individual caricature by Kev F.  Suitable for children aged 6 and 7 and their parent. Back by popular demand, Violina will be running her fourth art class at Chipping Barnet Library. You will learn how to use oil pastels and will create your very own cherry blossom drawing. All abilities welcome.
