Rhyme Time is a 30 minute facilitated session for parents and carers and their babies and toddlers. The session involves nursery rhymes and songs, books and a story. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.  Rhyme Time takes place in term time only. 

Bookable one to one IT session. These sessions are aimed at anyone who needs extra help with any basic IT needs such as Blue badge applications, freedom pass applications, setting up emails and more.

Join us for our panel discussion, as four women writers discuss their latest books.  Nicci Cloke is the author of seven previous novels, including two psychological thrillers under the pseudonym Phoebe Locke. Her novels have been published in twelve languages.

Age UK will be offering advise on a range of issues effecting older adults, they will be joined by their scams advisor who will be able to give advise on protecting yourself from fraud and scams. We will be serving tea and coffee. No booking is required, just drop in.

This session is an introduction to chair yoga and suitable for anyone curious to explore the benefits of yoga. We will start with a short introduction followed by active sitting, becoming aware of our breath and warming up the joints. Then we'll explore some postures before enjoying a guided relaxation. Options for varying levels of flexibility will be provided so there will be a version of the poses for everyone to explore.
