How to use this toolkit

This toolkit contains practical tips, tools and case studies to guide you in involving communities in your project. If you’re unsure about some of the terminology used, there is also a handy glossary available.

While the toolkit is mostly intended for use by council staff, the principles and approaches can be applied by any organisation seeking to involve the community in their work.
