North London Shotokan Karate Club - Southgate

Shotokan karate is the most original style of karate and is a fantastic way to increase fitness levels, while improving flexibility and stamina. The North London Shotokan Karate Club, established since 1991, is renowned for being a friendly family run club. They have classes in Barnet, Southgate, Whetstone and Enfield. Their instructors are highly qualified and have taken many students through their kyu grades to achieving their black belts. Some of their students have gone on to compete successfully nationally.
