Residential Services

Offers financial assistance to provide adaptations to properties occupied by disabled owner-occupiers and private sector tenants. Grants are provided either by a Disabled Facilities Grant (maximum '25,000), subject to cost of work and means test, or a Minor Adaptations Grant (maximum '5,000), subject to cost of work and applicant being in receipt of a means-tested benefit.
