New Park House is based in New Southgate and is one of two children's homes run by Barnet. New Park House looks after up to five young people between the ages of 11 and 18 and is a medium to long stay setting. Meadow Close looks after up to seven young people aged between 15 and 18, who are unable to live with their family or carers. The staff at Meadow Close aim to provide high quality care to young people so that they have good memories of their time at the setting and are equipped to deal with everyday life. They provide positive adult role models and appropriate boundaries and work as a team within Meadow Close and with colleagues across Children's Service and within health and other agencies to meet the needs of young people in their care.
