Transition from a highly supportive living setting to semi-independence can be complex and distressing for young adults with a learning disability.
In order to meet this need Autus Court has been established as a semi independent resource where young people will receive support to develop 'life management and social skills' as well as having the opportunity to experience the challenges of living less dependently, with the opportunity to continue their education.
Autus Court provides supported housing for young people aged 16 and 25. It offers placements for young adults at that difficult stage between children's services, moving into their own homes or transferring into adult services.
