There are a variety of products on the market that will improve the quality of communication for hearing impaired people. As well as advice on their range of special services, BT's Age and Disability Unit can advise you on a range of equipment that can help make your life easier. You can buy big button phones if you find it difficult to use standard phone number pads, or extension bells if you have difficulty hearing the phone. For more information, please read the brochure 'BT Communications Solutions' - a guide to disability services in audio Braille and other formats, which is available from the address quoted or in some main libraries.
