What is included in your booking and conditions of hire
The charge includes:
- room set up and breakdown
- cleaning after the event
- security on duty throughout the event to manage guests
Equipment available
- screen for presentation
- built in speakers and camera for remote meeting functions
- microphone and lectern within the conference suite only
- hearing loop within the conference suite only
Booking and hire rules
- room is charged for a minimum of 2 hours for each hire
- time for setting up and taking down must be included within the time
- room must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance of the event
- prices are non-negotiable and a refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure bookings
- beyond 9pm the rooms can be hired for an additional £100 an hour to the listed charge rate
