Conversation Cafe at Mill Hill library

Conversation Café is for people whose first language is not English and aims to help improve their speaking skills. The sessions cover a variety of subjects and topics to help you gain confidence in speaking English in a fun, relaxed and welcoming environment.

Singing for the Brain brings older adults and people affected by dementia together to sing a variety of songs they know and love, in a fun and friendly environment. We also do vocal exercises that help improve brain activity and wellbeing.
