Cool Beans!

Did you know? Beans, beans are good for the heart… and the planet! 

During this drop-in event, Incredible Edible Barnet and Bread n Butter will be spilling the beans about the brilliance of beans! There will be cooking demos and taste tests of different dishes, as well as seed sowing and seed sprouting for you to take to grow at home. 

Come along to find out about the health, environmental and cost benefits of eating more beans (and other pulses) at this free event as part of the community food growing programme taking place across the borough this year. 

This is a drop-in event so there is no need to book.
