Singing for the Brain brings older adults and people affected by dementia together to sing a variety of songs they know and love, in a fun and friendly environment. We also do vocal exercises that help improve brain activity and wellbeing.

Did you know that singing can improve your brain activity, wellbeing and mood? You don’t need to be a good singer to benefit.

Sessions will be led by the Alzheimer's Society Barnet and take place fortnightly. Come and express yourself, feel positive and make new friends!

Drop-in sessions, no booking required
