A copy of the LBB's policy in relation to seeking liability orders against residents for non-payment of council tax, including information in relation to the calculation of the costs in making an application to the Magistrates Court.2. If it is the LBB's policy/practice to always seek £100 in the summons and a further £25 once a liability order is obtained, please confirm that this is the case. Please also:a. Provide any documents evidencing how these sums have been calculated and the setting of this rate.b. Provide a copy of any Equality Impact Assessments ('EIA') or equivalent documents produced in relation to calculation of the costs.ConclusionPlease note that we are not requesting personal data and we are not requesting identifying information. We would expect it standard practice that information of this nature be recorded and easily accessible.If you require any further clarification as to our request, kindly inform us promptly and we would be happy to assist.If you hold any of the information requested but consider it is exempt from disclosure, please state specifically upon what exemption you rely (including the relevant statutory provision) and the reason you consider it to be applicable.We look forward to receiving your response within 20 working days as per the FOIA 2000.
