Thank you for your response to our FOI request sent in July, which you replied to on 27th September 2024. You replied to some of the questions in that FOI request but you recommended we narrow the time frame for some of the questions. Therefore we are sending this new FOI request with much narrower time frames. You will also see there are new questions which pertain to information you supplied in your email and attached letter dated 27th September 2024.How much has Barnet Council paid annually, between 2019 and 2024, to the Barnet Group/Barnet Homes toprovide their service as an ALMO for Barnet Council?A request for any reports, assessment etc. Barnet Council has on the service provided by Barnet Homes between 2019 and 2024 from anyone including those carried out by Barnet Council itself.You wrote - "There is an annual report to Cabinet on the Delivery Plan. As agreed by Cabinet in July 2024 the Management Agreement between Barnet Homes and the Council is due to be reviewed this year".We request copies of those annual reports for 2018-2024 or an online link where they are available for download.A copy of the minutes of that meeting you reference in your letter of the Cabinet in July 2024 and a list of attendees, whether in person or remotely attending.How does Barnet Council determine the minimum standards of service required of the ALMO Barnet Homes and how does Barnet Council monitor Barnet Homes performance to assess if Barnet Homes is meeting those standards?Has Barnet Council received any reports from The Housing Inspectorate for Barnet Homes? If yes, what were the dates of those reports?
