1) What was the recruitment agency spend on unregulated placements for children under the age of 16 in 2023 (01/01/23 - 31/12/23)? *2) How many children under the age of 16 were placed in an unregulated environment in 2023 (01/01/23 - 31/12/23)? *3) What is the recruitment agency spend on unregulated placements for children under the age of 16 in 2024 (01/01/24 to date)? *4) How many children under the age of 16 have been placed in an unregulated environment in 2024 (01/01/24 to date)? **by 'recruitment agency' I am referring to an external staffing supplier who provides support staff to the Local Authority *by 'unregulated placements' and 'unregulated environment' I am referring to environments that have not been registered with Ofsted, this could include air bnb or booking.com properties, caravans, camp sites etc
