Thank you for your response to my previous FOI request. I appreciate the information provided but would like to clarify and expand upon certain points regarding your policies and procedures.1.Policies:oAre all your policies, including HR (e.g., disciplinary, grievance, and employment), ICT, and any relating to AI, publicly available on your website?oIf not, could you confirm how I can access these or provide a list of those not available online?2.Policies vs Procedures:oCould you explain or expand upon how your organisation defines and distinguishes between a "policy" and a "procedure"?oI would also appreciate a sample of your procedures to better understand the kinds of procedures you have in place. This does not need to be exhaustive, as I do not wish to place an undue burden on your team.3.Procedures:oDo you maintain a publicly available list of procedures? If so, could you share where this can be accessed?oIf certain procedures are not publicly accessible, please clarify how these can be obtained.
