Renaming of streets since 1 May 2021

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act (2000) to request information regarding the renaming of streets under the jurisdiction of the authority. Specifically, I request the following: The total number of streets under the jurisdiction of the local authority that have been renamed since 1 May 2021. For each street that has been renamed, please provide the original name and the updated name. Please provide this information in a table format, if possible, showing the original street name, the new street name, and the date of the name change. Thank you for your help.
