Levels of demand, supply and parent challenge re: SEND provision in the borough

I am interested to understand levels of demand, supply and parent challenge re: SEND provision in the borough for each of the financial years 2019-2024 inclusive:1) For each calendar year 2019-2024 how many parents/carers have asked for a maintained special needs school as a first choice preference?2) How many of these parents have received an offer involving a maintained special needs school a 1st choice preference?3) For each financial year 2019-2024 how many SEND tribunal appeals (for children/young people under 25 years old) were registered against the Borough?Of these appeals, what percentage appealed against the following:- 3i - disagreed with what the EHC plan says about the child or young persons special education needs (section B)- 3ii - disagreed with what an EHC plan says about the educational help/provision the child or young person requires (Section F)- 3iii - disagreed with the school/college/institution named in the EHC plan (Section I)4) For each financial year 2019-2024 - how many SEND tribunal cases has the Borough defended?5) For each calendar, year what % of SEND tribunal cases contested were won/lost by the Borough?6) For each calendar year 2019-2024 how many hours of internal Borough legal resource were allocated to assessing and contesting SEND cases?7) Did the Borough engage external legal support to contest SEND cases in 2019-2024 Yes/No? - 7i - if yes, what were the costs per year for the 2019/24 period?
