Re: Westcombe Drive Barnet EN5 2BE I would like to request a freedom of information investigation, as I would like to know how many comments or further questions Barnet council received about the works proposed with reference BC001749, scheme name: Ark AcademyI would also like to know how many comments were received from the council about this proposed scheme, specifically objections or comments that were against the proposed works. Could you also inform me of positive responses, as well as negative?If this could be dealt with in an urgent manner, your proposed building works seemed to have been approved by 'Barnet council' without stating how many objections or responses in agreement were listed & the works are going to start on 10th February 2025, which means 8 weeks of road works hindering residents access to roads etc…I would also like to know about works proposed by the council in general in Barnet since July 2024 and how many went ahead after consulting with residents. What is the average response in regards to consultations & how many were negative responses to the proposals across barnet?I would like to know what Barnet council consider a rejection of a proposal and how many negative responses they need in order to acknowledge a rejection from residents.
