Barnet Council's relationship with Origin Housing

I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding Barnet Councils relationship with Origin Housing and/or Rendall and Rittner. Specifically, I would like to know:- What agreement has Barnet Council made regarding the apportionment of service charges for the social housing tenants living in Croome House, 20 Royal Engineers Way, NW7 1SA and how does this percentage relate to the service charge apportionment for the remaining leaseholders within the building? - What payments Barnet Council has made to Origin Housing and/or Rendall & Rittner for the last 5 financial years (2019-2024). - What, If any, conflict of interests have been registered with the Monitoring officer by Barnet Councillors or Executives with regards to Origin Housing and Rendall & Rittner.Thank you.
