Is your London council working with TfL, to design pay per mile charging for cars and vehicles on Londons roads. Tfl have a current project to test ideas.If so,A) when did this project start ?B) what exactly is the scope of the project ?C) what documentation has been provided by TFL - please provide all.D) what data has been collected so far ?E ) who at TFL is controlling the project ?
