Can you please use your good offices to expedite the supply of the following information by Barnet Council?1. Has this extension been approved as permitted development?2. If so, what were the calculations employed by the Council in determining this, given that the loft was added using this exemption? Please supply copies of all documents, calculations and correspondence.3. On what grounds did the Council determine that Planning Permission (PP) was not required given that the extension will extend the front elevation of the property the whole depth of the original house in front of their garage and have a pitched roof?4. If PP is required, what action will the Council take:a. to notify the owners of number 10, andb. supply us with notice and plans so we can make any representations in accordance with our legal rightsc. prevent development in breach of planning law? 5. Will the Council require detailed plans under Building Regs before commencement of the works?6. If so, can we please have copies?7. Will the Council require the development to ensure the continued integrity of our driveway to the garages? Please treat this as a formal request to the Council under the Freedom of Information Act. I should be thankful for an acknowledgement of this email and a timescale for the detailed reply in view of the urgency.
