1.How many compliance notices have been issued by your authority where the landlord appears to be, or to have been at any time within the 12 months beforehand, in breach of MEES regulation 27.2.How many penalty notices have been issued by your authority under MEES regulation 38.3.How many properties have been subject to a publication penalty.4.Whether you are using landlords licensing schemes to secure compliance with MEES and if so, how many properties have been found to be in compliance at time of application, and how many have been brought up to the required standard as a result of the licensing scheme.5.What percentage of private rented properties in Barnet covered by MEES are now in compliance.
