I would like to request the following information. 1.As of 28th March 2025, which cafes, retailers or other venues are signed up to the Council's Community Toilet Scheme?2.How much did the Community Toilet scheme cost to run in the financial year 2023/24. Please include the figure for the grants given to scheme participants as well as any other associated costs (including administrative costs).3.Who is responsible for running the Community Toilet scheme at the Council?
