I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding the management and operation of litter bins in your borough.Specifically, I would like to request the following information for the most recent 12-month reporting period available:1.The total number of public litter bins managed by the borough.2.The total annual cost to the borough for:oLitter bin design or procurementoInstallation and removalsoMaintenance and repairsoStorage (if applicable)oEmptying/collection services (if broken down separately)3.Whether these services are managed in-house or contracted out, and if contracted out:oThe name of the contractoroThe contract value and durationoA copy of the contract or a summary (if publicly available)4.Whether the litter bins are part of a street furniture advertising agreement, and if so:oThe party responsible for advertisingoWhether advertising revenue is shared with or received by the borough
