This request relates to the school street closures on Moss Hall Grove and Essex Park, and in particular when the scheme will be reviewed.Assuming the review has not already happened, could you please provide details of the review process? In particular:1. The timetable and process for the review, including how it will be publicised, how people can contribute and who the decision makers are?2. The objectives and criteria against which the scheme will be assessed, including any measurable metrics and how data will be collected. 3. If any data (before and after implementation) to assess the scheme has been collated and if that can be shared. 4. Any alternative proposals under consideration that could achieve the same goals.If the review process has already happened, please clarify:1. When it was open for comments and how were people able to contribute? 2. How it was publicised?3. How many people participated?4. Who designed the review questions/format? Were any external third parties involved?5. What questions were asked?6. What was the raw data results from the review?
