Removal of Manor Park Road Site from Barnet Local Plan (2020-2025)

Under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR), I request copies of any correspondence, meeting notes, briefing papers, or internal emails held by Barnet Council relating to:The proposal, assessment, and eventual removal of the site at 72-76 Manor Park Road, East Finchley (site ref MM Site 32) from the Barnet Local Plan 2021-2041.This should include:Any communication with or between Planning Policy Officers, Local Plan Inspectors, or Councillors.Any reports or commentary on the site's developability, constraints (e.g., parking, greenspace, residential impacts), or alternative uses.Any references to the Inspector's ruling (April 2023) that the site be removed from the plan.Please limit the date range from 1 January 2020 to 15 February 2025 (just after the Plan's adoption).This request relates solely to planning policy development under the Local Plan process and is not connected to any commercial application or partnership. Therefore, exemptions under Regulation 12(5)(e) (commercial confidentiality) or 12(4)(d) (incomplete data) do not apply.
