Workplace Support for Disabled Employees

Dear FOI Team,Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information:1.Does your council currently employ any disabled staff members who receive in-person workplace support via a Support Worker, Personal Assistant, or Access to Work-funded workplace support?2.If yes, how many such employees are currently supported in this way?3.What departments or roles do they work in?4.Has your council previously supported any employee with a support worker funded by Access to Work within the last 3 years?5.If yes, were confidentiality or data protection concerns (e.g. GDPR, handling of sensitive material) raised in relation to the support worker?6.Where such concerns were raised, were they addressed via confidentiality agreements or other controls?I am not requesting any personal data. I would prefer to receive the response electronically.
