Section 50 application for roadworks that were carried out on Nether Street N3

I am looking for any information, for example a Section 50 application, for the roadworks that were carried out on Nether Street N3 (around numbers 118-122 or 169-175) around the 1rst of May 2025.Please include any other documents that prove that these roadworks were taking place.There is also a CCTV camera at the bottom of Moss Hall Lane which could show the roadworks taking place on that date.I am attaching a picture taken from Nether Street
