RE: HIGHWAY ENFORCEMENT DATAKindly provide a full response to the following:-1) Annual income over financial year collected by way of fixed penalties notices issued for the purposes of the Highways Act 19802) Annual expenditure for highway enforcement team.3) Confirm whether the Highway Enforcement team is revenue neutral and/or self-funding.I look forward to your reply in accordance with the provision of the Act.
