All costs related to LED streetlights

Please provide a detailed breakdown of all costs incurred in connection with my subsequent complaint following the installation of LED streetlights in my road on 21 January 2020.This should include, but not limited to:1. Legal expenses related to the matter2. Labour hours spent attending to the lighting columns for any reason, including the installation or adjustment of shielding 3. Cost of all shielding materials fitted to any of the four columns 4. Overtime payments made to Bouygues/Equans and Barnet employees attending premises during night hours to take lighting measurements or conduct related assessments 5. Cost of replacement luminaires in July 2024 & June 2025 6. Cost of engineers/designers/planners working on solution to my complaint 7. Cost of lighting scheme re-design in both cases 8. Installation costs of the replacement luminaires on both occasions.Please ensure the information provided is itemised, complete, and includes any internal or third party expenditures incurred to date.
