I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, relating to your Council Tax Support (CTS) scheme and council tax arrears for the financial year 2024/25:1. Council Tax Support Scheme Applications*How many residents applied for Council Tax Support (CTS) in 2024/25?*How many of those applications were successful?2. Council Tax Support Scheme Policy*Under your Council Tax Support Scheme, what is the minimum percentage of council tax a working-age resident can be required to pay?*Are any groups of residents exempt from paying council tax under the scheme?*Are any groups eligible for a reduced minimum payment under the scheme, and if so, what are the criteria?3. Policy Document*Please provide a copy of your current Council Tax Support Scheme policy, or a link to where it is published online.4. Council Tax Arrears and Enforcement*How many residents fell into arrears with their Council Tax payments in 2024/25?*How many residents in arrears were subject to enforcement action by bailiffs (enforcement agents) in 2024/25?
