Please provide the following details for the past 3 calendar years (2022, 2023, and 2024):1.Which herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides have been used in public spaces by the council or any contractors acting on its behalf?oPlease include active ingredients (e.g. glyphosate) and commercial brand names.2.The locations or types of public spaces where these substances have been applied (e.g. pavements, parks, playgrounds, verges, housing estates, school grounds, etc.).3.The frequency and timing of pesticide applications (e.g. how many times per year, which months, etc.).4.Any risk assessments, safety protocols, or public notifications issued regarding pesticide use in public places (especially areas frequented by children and pets).5.Whether Barnet Council has any current or planned strategy to reduce or phase out pesticide use (such as a pesticide-free policy or adoption of non-chemical alternatives like mechanical weeding or hot foam treatment).
