HMO Licence Application for property 49 Hendon Way. London. NW2 2LX
Received: 6 August 2025
I am one of the tenants residing at the property known as 49 Hendon Way. London. NW2 2LX. I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following information regarding a recent HMO Licence application with reference HMOL/25/00255, submitted by the owner of the property named Joanna Beata Wysocka. The information requested under Freedom of Information Act:-The type of the HMO licence the Landlord/Applicant applied for or the type of HMO Licence applicable to this property: Mandatory or Additional?-A copy of the HMO licence application submitted by the owner of the property. -Did the Landlord/Applicant require to obtain a licence? if so, at what point the Landlord had to apply for one but failed to do so? -Did the property require a licence, if so, the date the property needed to be licenced? I understand the Landlord converted the property back in 2019 without proper planning permission. They obtained a Certificate of Lawful Development after 4 years. The Council had to open an enforcement case against the Landlord after obtaining the Certificate. The Landlord has no building regulations approval and conversion works classed as unauthorised. -When and how a tenant like me can submit an objection to the HMO application, any deadline?Thank you for your prompt attention to this request.
