1. Total spend on Christmas decorations for 2024- Include: Purchase, hire, installation, removal, storage, and maintenance of Christmas/festive decorations.- Exclude: General event staffing, policing/security, or unrelated marketing costs.- Provide the gross spend before any sponsorship, donations, or third-party contributions are deducted, and state if such funding was received.- Please give figures to the nearest £.2. Historical spend for the previous three years (2021, 2022, 2023)- Use the same inclusions/exclusions as above.- Provide totals for the calendar year (January - December). If only financial year figures are available, please state this and specify the dates covered.- Please give figures to the nearest £.3. Number of public Christmas trees installed in 2024- Count only trees over 2 metres in height installed or funded by the council.- Include large town/city centre trees and trees in public areas such as parks, squares, or shopping streets.- Exclude trees installed entirely by community groups, private sponsors, or businesses unless the council funded them.4. Number of Christmas-related public events held in 2024- Count only events organised or funded by the council, open to the general public, and directly themed around the Christmas/festive season.- Examples: Light switch-ons, Christmas markets, festive parades, concerts, or community gatherings.- An approximate total is acceptable if exact figures are not recorded.5.
