I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding your Empty Homes Grant scheme.Please provide the following information for the period 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2024 (inclusive):1.Number of applications received for the Empty Homes Grant.2.Number of applications approved and total amount of grant funding awarded.3.Number of applications refused, with a short description of the most common reason(s) for refusal (no more than the top three reasons, if recorded).4.Number of applications still pending (no decision issued at the time of your response), including those awaiting further action from either the applicant or the council.5.Average processing time (in weeks) from application submission to a decision being issued (for applications that have been decided).6.Whether the scheme is currently open to new applications (Yes/No).If possible, please provide the information in an electronic spreadsheet format (e.g., .xlsx or .csv).
