I would like to submit a Freedom of Information Request in order to obtain the following information regarding enforcement agent / bailiff services either operated by the council directly or through the use of delegate third parties.1. Is there a backlog currently being experienced in the number of eviction cases received by the bailiff service?2. If the answer to Q1 is "yes", what is the reason for this backlog?3. If the answer to Q1 is "yes", what measures are being considered and/or implemented to reduce the backlog?3. On average, what is the current number of weeks between the bailiff service receiving a request for eviction and being able to carry out the eviction?4. In a case where a possession order was successfully obtained from a court hearing on 17 April 2025, and an eviction application being submitted to bailiffs during the first week of June, what would be a best estimate for the earliest possible date for carrying out the eviction?Do let me know if you require any further information or clarity on this request.
