Please can you provide me with the reason that Barnet no longer allows the car sharing Zip car scheme to provide services in the borough of Barnet either in part or it's entirely..This scheme is an environmentally Practical scheme that Barnet has now decided againstI would like the information to be provided as I would like to mount a challenge to it if it is unreasonable you decision.The environmental practically is highly important and they provide electric cars.Your decision is making myself and others into buying our own cars.Totally against the way of the world just nowIf you are unable to provide information then please provide the relevant person or department/Mp where this matter can be raised
