During or around July 2022, subsidence damage was caused to our Client's Insured's property at 14 Tudor Close, London, NW7 2BG ('the Property') as a result of vegetation within the surrounding area of the Property.The London Borough of Barnet Council ('the Council') are in ownership, responsible for and in control of an Oak tree ('T2') at the front right-hand side of the Property ('the Tree'). We are currently undertaking additional investigations into liability and the subsidence damage. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and/or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, we would greatly appreciate if you could provide the following information and/or documents:a) All inspection records for the Council's Tree at T2 between 1 May 2017 and 1 October 2022 (to include the initial growing season and 5 years of records)b) All inspection records for any other Oak trees under the Council's ownership, responsibility and control within the street of Tudor Close, London, NW7 2BG ('the Street'), between 1 May 2017 and 1 October 2022;c) All maintenance records (including work orders, file notes, site notes, reports, invoices, correspondence and documentary evidence relating to inspection and maintenance) for the Council's Tree between 1 May 2017 and 1 October 2022;d) All maintenance records (including work orders, file notes, site notes, reports, invoices, correspondence and documentary evidence relating to inspection and maintenance), for any other Oak trees under the Council's ownership, responsibility and control within the Street and within the following 20 streets within a 1km radius of the Property ('the Surrounding Streets'), detailed below and within the attached map, between 1 May 2017 and 1 October 2022;* Page Street;* Wise Lane;* Holmdene Avenue;* Parkside;* Glenmere Avenue;* Copthall Drive;* Copthall Gardens;* Hillside Grove;* Bunns Lane;* Pursley Road;* Featherstone Road;* Brookfield Crescent;* Brookfield Avenue;* Watford Way;* Rowlands Close;* Colenso Drive;* Longfield Avenue;* Bampton Drive;* Champions Way;* Milespit Hill. e) All records of complaints, claims, public enquiries and/or notifications made to the Council about the Council's Tree between 1 May 2017 and 1 October 2022;f) All records of complaints, claims, public enquiries and/or notifications made to the Council for any other trees under the ownership, responsibility and control of the Council, due to subsidence concerns, concerns regarding tree root damage, concerns regarding property damage, and/or subsidence claimsagainst the Council, within the Street and the Surrounding Streets, detailed below and within the attached map, between 1 May 2017 and 1 October 2022;* Page Street;* Wise Lane;* Holmdene Avenue;* Parkside;* Glenmere Avenue;* Copthall Drive;* Copthall Gardens;* Hillside Grove;* Bunns Lane;* Pursley Road;* Featherstone Road;* Brookfield Crescent;* Brookfield Avenue;* Watford Way;* Rowlands Close;* Colenso Drive;* Longfield Avenue;* Bampton Drive;* Champions Way;* Milespit Hill.
