Dear FOI Team,Please treat this as a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.Site: Princess Park Manor (PPM), New Southgate / Friern Barnet (Comer Homes), NW11 3FL built c.1998.Period: 1 April 1998 - present (or the period you hold, if shorter).A) Banding & billing (aggregate/statistical only; no personal data)1.A CSV listing, for each dwelling at PPM (use UPRN or an anonymised unit ID):oCurrent VOA council-tax band;oEffective banding date held/used by the Council;oDate first billed by the Council;oWhether any discount/exemption/void applied in the first 12 months (flags only);oCurrent account status (in collection / arrangement / arrears / closed).2.By financial year, totals for PPM: amounts billed, collected, outstanding at year-end, and write-offs (include write-off reason codes in aggregate, if held).3.An aggregate count (per financial year) of dwellings at PPM that had a gap of 6+ months between effective banding date and first bill (if readily reportable from existing fields; otherwise please supply the raw dates in A(1) so I can calculate).4.An aggregate list of discounts/exemptions applied whilst units were retained by Comer-related entities (please state your matching approach'e.g., liable-party name codes). B) VOA liaison (banding at PPM)5.Copies of correspondence between Barnet Council and the VOA that specifically references PPM banding/effective dates/new-build list entries (you may redact third-party personal data under s40).
