Council-Owned Houses and Maisonettes

Specifically, I would like to know about council-owned dwellings that are classified as houses or maisonettes within the London Borough of Barnet. (By this I mean self-contained properties with their own front doors, such as houses, bungalows, and maisonettes, as distinct from flats in shared blocks.)Please provide the following:1.The number of council-owned houses and maisonettes (with a distinction, if possible, between the two categories).2.Location data for these properties, preferably in a GIS-compatible format (such as Shapefile, GeoJSON, or CSV with UPRNs and coordinates). If you specifically hold a map layer (e.g. GIS shapefile), please provide it, as many housing asset teams hold these internally.3.If available, a breakdown by estate / street / postcode sector showing how many council-owned houses and maisonettes are located there.4.Any accompanying metadata that explains how the council classifies a property as a house, maisonette, or flat.If full location data cannot be provided for data protection reasons, please supply aggregated counts per estate, ward, or LSOA as an alternative.
