Car damage from a tree at Capel Close N20

I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.I would like to request the following information regarding a tree that fell on my car and made severe damages on 15/09/2025 at approximately 1.30 pm:*The date and outcome of the last inspection of the tree located at Capel close, Whetstone N20 0QU in front of the disabled bay. *Any maintenance, pruning, or risk assessments carried out on this tree in the last 5 years.*Any complaints or reports received about this tree before the incident.*A copy of the council's tree inspection and maintenance policy, including frequency of inspections for trees in public or leasehold areas.*Qualifications of tree inspectors (Arboricultural Association certification?)*Risk assessments per Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999*Reason for council operative attendance to clear fallen tree on 15.09.2025.
