Hi,I'm a Local Democracy Reporter, based at MyLondon, and am emailing regarding the forthcoming Awaab's Law.Due to be implemented on October 27, it will require social landlords to meet with a series of timeframes related to resolving certain housing issues.The full details can be read here - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/awaabs-law-draft-guidance-for-social-landlords/awaabs-law-draft-guidance-for-social-landlordsCan you please let me know:- is the council currently compliant with Awaab's Law?- is the council expecting to be compliant by October 27?- as of October 1, what percentage of emergency hazards have work begun on them within 24 hours, as per the first requirement, when looking at complaints made over the prior eight weeks?- as of October 1, what percentage of potential significant hazards are investigated within 10 days, as per the second requirement, when looking at complaints made over the prior eight weeks?- as of October 1, what percentage of significant hazards have work begun on them within five working days, as per the fourth requirement, when looking at complaints made over the prior eight weeks?
