Customer Service Audio Survey
We’re always looking to improve the service we give you on the council telephone system and are keen to get views from the Barnet citizens. To do this we have put together a survey to capture your feedback on the proposed Barnet telephone system audio change.
The survey contains 3 short productions combining voices and music, and we’d like you to give what you hear a score between 1 and 5. 1 if you really dislike it, 3 if it is average and 5 if you really like it.
