About Upper and Lower Fosters The new masterplan for Upper and Lower Fosters (also known as the Fosters Estate) is being developed through an exemplar community co-design process, the first time this approach has been taken in Barnet. This has involved the estate residents, neighbours and local community organisations from the very beginning of the project, in deciding what to build, where and how.

The Special Educational Needs Disability Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS) is a statutory service and offers parent/carers and young people access to confidential and impartial information, advice and support so they can make informed decisions about their child’s special educational needs (SEN) or their own educational needs.
