  In this creative session, explore the magic of 'found words' by selecting words or phrases from old storybooks to spark imagination and inspire themes for personalised drawing. Participants will then create a graphic story with a series of postcards.

  and pick up something new. All we ask is that the puzzles are in good condition,

  Kick Off with a Verse at Chipping Barnet Library

  Wednesdays until 16 July

  Kick off with a verse starts with some gentle stretching and guided relaxation.  This prepares the body and mind to listen to a poem which gives participants a springboard for talking together.  Then, there is an invitation to write down some of your own thoughts.
